Frank E. Hall, 88, passed away on March 7, 2020 at the Kobacker House. Frank was born on January 9, 1932 in Van Wert, Ohio. Son of H.H. Hall and Ethel Hall, preceded in death by his two brothers, Thad and Jay Hall and nephew, Jim Hall. Survived by his beloved wife, Larissa; his three children, Tammy (Nick Caruso) Cautela, Brett (Lori) Hall, and Heath (Holly) Hall; six grandchildren, Anthony (Rachel New) Cautela, Elizabeth (Joel) Cowgill, Derek (Melanie) Hall, Danielle (Hanna McGary) Hall, Austin Hall, Emma Hall; great-grandchildren Livia, Bella, Sam, Nico and Leo; sister-in-law, Ann Brown; and nephews and niece, Tom (Ruthy) Hall, Christopher (Kim) Brown, David (Michelle) Brown, Sue Dorencott and many great-nieces and great-nephews.

Frank graduated from Van Wert High School where he was active in football and baseball. He served with the United States Naval Corps from 1950-1954 and he graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from The Ohio State University in 1959. Frank and Jo were married in 1959 in Newport, Kentucky and enjoyed a full, loving, fun life together for 60 years. He founded and owned Furbee-Hall Architectural Sales, Inc. and retired from Construction Systems. He was a champion of youth sports in Worthington, Ohio, where he served on the board of Worthington Cardinal Boosters and he coached youth baseball and soccer. Frank was instrumental in establishing the Worthington High School Girls Soccer program as a varsity sport. Camping and fishing trips with his family, hunting, playing cards, enjoying his grand-children and great grand-children and watching Cleveland Indians baseball were passions of his. Frank was an active member of Beautiful Savior Church where he enjoyed volunteering at the food pantry. Family will receive friends from 5pm-8pm Wednesday, March 11 at Rutherford Funeral Home at Powell, 450 W. Olentangy St., Powell, Ohio. A memorial service will be held Thursday, March 12 at 1:30pm at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church, 3924 Home Road, Powell, Ohio 43065. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church, Children’s Hospital (Columbus), or Kobacker House. Frank was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. He was a gentle spirit who loved God, family, friends, animals, and nature. We miss you and love you!
