This photograph depicts the Johnson and Sessions family monument located at Greenlawn Cemetery in Columbus, Ohio. Shown here is one side of the base of the monument with an inscription about children of Achsa and Orange Johnson; daughter, Mary Ann Johnson (b. 1816, d. 1819) and son, William M. Johnson (b. 1818, d. 1840). Both were buried in St. John's Episcopal Church Cemetery in Worthington. Orange Johnson was a prominent business man in Worthington. He married Achsa Maynard in 1815. Achsa Maynard was a daughter of Moses Maynard Sr., an early Worthington settler.

The monument also contains inscriptions for Francis C. Sessions (b. 1820, d. 1892) and Mary Johnson Sessions (b. 1823, d. 1919). Mary was the only child of Orange and Achsa Johnson that survived into adulthood. She married Francis Sessions, a successful dry goods merchant of Columbus.
