Nieves V. Velasco, 64, passed away Saturday, May 7, 2016. Survived by husband, Rev. Romeo Velasco; three daughters, Romini V. (Rodel) Sembrano, Alodia V. (David) Gallagher and Omega V. Velasco; and by four grandchildren, Gerick Sembrano, Aiden and Lydia Gallagher and Leon Bautista. Memorial Service on May 14, 2016, 11 a.m. at Wagram UMC, 9535 Mink St. SW, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068.
