Salome Ndidi Ugwu, 61, was called home to our Lord and Savior on Friday, November 12. She is survived by her mother Chinelo Nwude, 12 siblings, and four children, Chinagozi (John Jibril), Chibudo, Amara (Scott Decker), and Joy. Sister Salome, as she was known by close friends and family, was born in Enugu, Nigeria. She graduated from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka with a Bachelor's Degree in Education. She worked as a teacher in Nigeria, Jamaica and Columbus, OH where she lived. She was a devoted Christian who shared the good news throughout her life. Sister Salome’s commitment to Christ, her family, and friends will be her long-lasting testimony and legacy for all those who know her. Visitation will be held on December 3, 2021 beginning at 10:00 a.m. at Hill Funeral Home, 220 S. State St. Westerville OH, 43082. Services begin at 11:30 and will be live streamed.
