Karen L. St. Clair, age 66, of Upper Arlington, passed away July 20, 2018 in her home. She was born in Johnstown, PA on Feb 6, 1952 to the late Clifford and Nancy (Berkebile) St. Clair. Preceded in death by daughter Monica Simon. Karen is survived by brothers Clifford (Marisol) St. Clair and Carl St. Clair, sister Donna (Robert) Radcliff, children Keri (Carly Bergmann) Mihalco, Kelly Mihalco, Mark Simon, and Joey Simon, as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews. After graduating from Upper Arlington High School in 1969, she went on to hold positions for the State of Ohio, The Ohio State University and Saint Christopher Church. Karen had a few great loves in her life: her children, family, animals (especially her dogs), gardening, folk music, crosswords, and talking at length to anyone and everyone. She will be remembered as a proud mother and a woman of great strength, with an infinite capacity to love. Funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, August 2, 2018 at SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST CHAPEL, 1740 Zollinger Road, Upper Arlington, Ohio 43221, where family will receive friends from 9AM until time of service. The family requests that those who attend bring a favorite flower from their garden to share. Karen will be laid to rest next to her daughter in Flint Cemetery, Worthington, OH.
