SHIVELY Julia (Julie) Marie Shively, age 43, Monday, October 10, 2011 at Kobacker House. She was a former employee of JP Morgan Chase, attended Maple Grove Methodist Church. She was a graduate of The Ohio State University. She is survived by her husband, Kevin; son, Graham; parents, Gerald and Judy Keller; sister, Jodi Keller; grandmother, Vivian Koehlinger of New Haven, Indiana; brother-in- law, Ken (Ruth) Shively; sisters-in-law, Susan (Eric) Terry, Stacy Shively and Beth (Greg) Easton; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Family will receive friends Wednesday from 5-8 p.m. at THE SHAW-DAVIS FUNERAL HOME, 4341 N High St. A funeral service will be held Thursday 10 a.m. at THE MAPLE GROVE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 7 W. Henderson Rd. Donations can be made in her name to The James Cancer Hospital or The Kobacker House (HomeReach Hospice).
