Marjorie A. Sherrod, age 83, of Pickerington went to her eternal reward on Dec. 16, 2018 at home. She was born in Meadville, PA on March 14, 1935. On June 26, 1954 she married Kenneth Sherrod. Together with her husband, Ken, they spent 48 years in church ministry, serving Christian /Church of Christ churches in Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Tennessee. She worked for 15 years at Huntington Bank and for 14 years at the Pickerington Senior Center. She is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Sherrod. Marjorie is survived by three sons, David of Pickerington, Thomas and his wife, Carolyn (Smith), and Stephen of Lewis Center, OH; five grandchildren, Timothy, James, Joy, Sylvia, and Mark (Kathleen) Sherrod; great-grandchildren, Reagan and Levi; sister-in-law, Alice (Richard) Sherrod McCoy of Williston, FL and brother, Richard Johnston; sister-in-law, Claire Sherrod of Meadville, PA; nieces and nephews; Friends may call 6-8pm Wed., Dec. 19, 2018 at Worthington Christian Church, 8145 N. High Street, Col., OH 43235. Memorial Service to be held 11am with one hour visitation prior on Thurs., Dec. 20, 2018. Interment is at Flint Cemetery.
