Frances L. (King) Millikan, age 70, of Columbus, Sunday, January 10, 1999 at home. Retired from Meijer's Stores. Member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church of the Deaf. Survived by husband, Charles; daughter and son-in-law, Leslie and Mike Amspoker of Columbus; grandchildren, Amanda (Kenny Helsley) Truxall of Columbus, Amy and Jeff Amspoker of Plain City. Preceded in death by son Mark Lee Millikan. Memorial service will be held at Holy Cross Lutheran Church of the Deaf, 360 Morse Road., Columbus, Ohio, Saturday, January 16, 1999 at 2 p.m. Rev. Edwin Bergstresser officiating. Private interment Flint Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to Mt. Carmel Hospice or Holy Cross Lutheran Church of the Deaf.
