LUCAS Nancy A. Lucas, age 73, of Columbus, died Friday, June 21, 2002 at The Crown Point Care Center. She was preceded in death by her daughter Deborah and parents Fred and Justina "Ted" Foulk. Her survivors include her husband, Robert J. Lucas of the residence; children, Craig Lewis, Diane (Eric) Pohlschneider and Carol (James) Alderson; step-children, Geary Allen (Vickie) Lucas, Nancy Ellen Lucas and Lorie Lucas and her partner, Kathy Squires; 12 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; brothers, Don (Mary Lou) Foulk and Richard (Donna) Foulk; sisters, Betty Clifton and Kay Roberts; brothers-in-law, Rudolph (Bea) Lucas and Donald (Ann) Lucas; sisters-in-law, Helen and Isabelle Williams, Martha (Elbon) Weese, Elizabeth (William) Hayes and Margaret (Ray) Seivers; other relatives and friends. A funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 26, 2002 at the RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, WORTHINGTON CHAPEL, 515 High Street, Worthington with Rev. Eric Pohlschneider officiating. Burial will follow in Flint Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. For those who wish, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in Nancy's memory.
