Timothy A. Kusan went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on March 27th, 2024 at the age of 63. A devoted family man, longtime resident of Westerville, and lifelong Buckeye fan, Tim will be deeply missed. He loved Jesus and telling others about Him, living by his life verses Philippians 4:13 "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" and John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." Tim is survived by his beloved wife of 41 years, Patti; his father Jim Kusan (Shirley); daughters Amy (Chris) Watson, Jessica (Greg) Gerber, and Hope (JD) Battista; his grandchildren Peyton, Ellie, Micah, Sammy, Millie, and Titus Watson, Grayson and Rylan Gerber with one more on the way, and Simmy Battista, who lovingly called him Papa; brothers Jim (Susan) Kusan, John (Charlene) Kusan, Mike (Annette) Kusan; sisters Mary (Troy) Rawlins and Susan (John) Taylor; and 15 nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother Margie (Trout) Kusan.

Born on November 14th, 1960 to Jim and Margie (Trout) Kusan, Tim grew up on the west side of Columbus and graduated from Bishop Ready High School where he excelled at basketball and baseball. Known as the “Trashman” for always doing the little things right, that translated into his professional career as a top sales executive for Foundry, Cisco, Meraki, and most recently ZPE Systems. Tim had a lifelong love of coaching, golfing, vacationing with family, investing in others, and being a Buckeye fan.

Visitations will be held on April 4th from 5:00-7:00 pm at Schoedinger Funeral Home in Worthington, Oh. A second visitation will be on the 5th from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Calvary Bible Church in Clintonville with a funeral service immediately to follow.
