JAMES Hazel Marie Zieg James, age 98, born in Fredericktown, Ohio and passed away May 28, 2011 at Worthington Christian Village, Columbus, Ohio. Preceded in death by parents Franklin and Elizabeth Barth Zieg, former husbands Gerald "Jerry" Jacobs, Charles "Charlie" Cummins and Carl James. Survived by daughter, Marcie Jacobs Black; sons, Robert (Marilyn) Jacobs and Thomas (Jan) Jacobs, all of Columbus and Powell; step-daughter, Susan Cummins Black of Urbana. Hazel was a member of the Fredericktown Presbyterian Church from childhood and Worthington Presbyterian Church for 62 years. She was a Founding member of Eastern Star-Ann Hill Chapter No. 81 of Fredericktown, OH. Memorial Service to be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, July 14, 2011 at the Worthington Christian Village, 165 Highbluffs Blvd., Columbus OH. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial gifts be made in Hazel's memory to Ohio Eastern Star-Ann Hill Chapter No. 81, c/o Doris Anne Ebersole, 12 Summit Drive, Fredericktown, OH 43019 or Odyssey Hospice, 540 Officenter Place, Gahanna, OH 43230.
