CHERWINSKI Barbara Campbell Cherwinski, age 79, of Worthington, passed away November 12, 2012 at Kobacker House. Born November 30, 1932 in Philo, OH to the late George William and Zaidee Waxler Campbell. A retired RN, she worked much of her career at Harding Hospital. Preceded in death by husband Dan and brothers Bill and Bob. She is survived by children, Beth Welter and Jim (Karla) Cherwinski; grandchildren, Sydney, Alexandria, Nicholas and Stella; nieces, Cindy, Susan and Chris; nephew, Steve; other extended family members and dear friends. She will be missed by everyone who knew and loved her. Visitation will be held Friday, November 30, 2012 from 5-7 p.m. at the NOVAK FUNERAL HOME, 4476 N. High St. (two blocks north of Henderson Rd.) 614-268-8811, where her Memorial Service will be held Saturday, December 1, 2012 at 1 p.m. with visitation one hour prior to the service.
