This is Evening Street Elementary School's first yearbook. The cover photograph is the Packard Annex, which at the time was the Worthington Junior High School. The Annex had served as Worthington Elementary School's overflow classroom space prior to the construction of Evening Street Elementary School, which opened in 1963. The yearbook also features photographs of the school while under construction, students, and staff. Mr. Eugene Putterbaugh was the Principal. Teachers were Mrs. Sylvia Day, Mrs. Mary Dontas, Mr. Bruce Emery, Mrs. Opal Ernst, Mrs. Inez Freeman, Miss Ann Hardy, Mrs. Saundra Huston, Mrs. Bette Knose, Mrs. Margaret Parks, Mrs. Patricia Scoles, Mrs. Dorothy Smith, Miss Judith Van Doren, and Miss Judith Wagner. Alberta Holtsberry worked as Secretary and the Custodian was Orville Snouffer.
