"Sleeping Beauty", depicted in this photograph, was the feature performance at the 31st annual Worthington Civic Ballet and Youtheatre annual concert. Annette Noyes, a former student of Worthington Civic Ballet who went on to dance professionally with the Ballet International Company and Indianapolis Ballet Company was a guest artist, playing Carrabouse the Wicked Fairy. Barbara Burrows, director of the Worthington Civic Ballet and Theatre Arts Guild, Inc. instructed over 700 students locally over the course of forty years, many of which went on to pursue professional careers in the performing arts.
