According to historian Virginia McCormick in her book "Two Centuries of Educational History: Worthington, Ohio," the North Perry School/Linworth Grammar School was built in 1918, and was located at 2075 W. Dublin-Granville Road, the current site of the Linworth Experiential Program. As Perry Township never had a high school, students who graduated from the school entered the Worthington High School as tuition-paying students. In 1950, the school was consolidated with the Worthington School District, and continued to serve elementary school students through the 1970-71 school year.
