This photograph shows Rufus, Fred Sr, Anthony, and Kate Weaver posing in their home at 12 East Stafford Avenue. Rufus Weaver (b. 1859, d. 1935) was a manager of the Columbus Machine Company in Columbus, but lived at the home in Worthington for nearly fifty years. He was active with the New England Masonic Lodge, St. John's Episcopal Church, served on the Board of Education for seven years, and was at one time on the Village Council. He married Kate Jones Weaver (b. 1864, d. 1937) in 1886, and the couple had three children, Anthony Weaver (b. 1888, d. 1913), Rufus (b. 1892, d. 1893) and Fred (b. 1896, d. 1973).
