Jessie Smith (b.1882, d. 1959) graduated with the class of 1901 at Worthington High School. She was a daughter of Wayne and Lena May Vining Smith; granddaughter of Elmer Vining, great granddaughter of Scioto Company member William Vining and his wife Huldah Pinney. Jesse married Charles Lemert Ault September 28th,1904 and the couple had five children; Kenneth, Keith, Harlan, Geraldine (Heisler) and Robert. Jesse Ault is buried at Walnut Grove Cemetery.
