This photograph captures the Cherry Hill School House at 5218 High St, a one-room school building typical of those built in Sharon Township in the second part of the 19th century. The building was built sometime after 1875 and used until 1923. When Homedale School was built, the Sharon Township Board auctioned this building in 1924 and it has since served as a residence and as a commercial property housing various businesses.
