This photograph, taken during the Northwest Library construction, shows Worthington Libraries staff member Janet Ingraham-Dwyer with the titular characters from the 1972 book "Frog and Toad" by Arnold Lobel. These characters became part of the Story Garden at the library. Groundbreaking for the library construction took place on September 13, 1994, and the new library's opening day was on April 16, 1996.
