ALLEN Noma Ione Allen, age 68, of Columbus, died Thursday, September 21, 2000 at Kobacker House. She is preceded in death by her parents, son Terrence Richard Allen and brother Lyndon McCavitt. Survived by her husband of 48 years, Robert A. Allen, Jr.; daughter, Rae Lynne Allen Kontras; son, Timothy Michael Allen and fiance, Eileen Eyman, all of Columbus; grandson, Adam (Jessica) Kontras of Los Angeles, Calif.; sister-in-law, Rose McCavitt; niece, Donna McCavitt, both of Wis.; nephew, Lyndon McCavitt, Jr. of Ga. Member of Third Church of Christ Scientist. Family will receive friends 5-8 p.m. Sunday at RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, WORTHINGTON CHAPEL, 515 High St., Worthington, Oh. A Private Graveside service will be held on Monday at Walnut Grove Cemetery with Fr. Anthony P. Sarris officiating. In lieu of flowers, family requests memorial contributions be made to Kobacker House, Attn: Hospice at Riverside & Grant, 3535 Olentangy River Rd., Columbus, Oh. 43214 or Glenmont Christian Science Nursing Facility, 4599 Avery Rd., Hilliard, Oh. 43026.
