Hazel A. Smiley, age 66, of Columbus, Friday Nov. 2, 1990 Riverside Methodist Hospital. Preceded in death by her husband, Roland Andrew Smiley and parents, Claude and Gladys Allen. Survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Gary Allen and Sue Gunlock Smiley of Dublin; daughter and son-in-law, Judy L. and Donald E. Quincel of Frazeysburg, OH; foster children, Joyce, Faye, Betty, Steve, Martha and Cheryl; grandchildren, Dawn Cambert of Pickerington, OH, Kelli Quincel of Columbus, Donald A. Quincel of Frazeysburg, OH, Christopher and Scott Smiley, both of Dublin; 1 brother and 2 sisters; all of Columbus. Member of the Linden Bowleretts Bowling League for many years. Funeral service 10 A.M. Tuesday, Nov. 6, 1990 at the RUTHERFORD-CORBIN CHAPEL, 515 High St., Worthington, where friends may call Monday from 7-9 P.M. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery.
