MIDDLETON Darla Ann Middleton, age 76, of Columbus, born June 19, 1936. Passed away peacefully at her residence Friday, July 13, 2012. Preceded in death by husband Dr. Arthur E. Middleton, parents Russell and Mary Leasure, daughter Marsha Omlar. Survived by son and daughter-in-law, Brent and Kim Penny; grandsons, Ryan Schwartz, Adam and Evan Omlar; granddaughters, Brittany Penny, Nicole (Dwayne) Blackburn; great-grandchildren, Sacarlon, Savannah and Savon Thompson, Destiny and Alyssa Blackburn. Memorial Service 1 p.m. Friday, July 20, 2012 at RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, 515 High St. Worthington, where family and friends may call one hour prior to service. Pastor John Hays officiating. Interment to follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made to the Make A Wish Foundation in Darla's memory.
