William V. Lewis, 81, longtime resident of Worthington, Thursday, December 4, 1997. Retired from Columbus Coated Fabrics after 35 years. He was in the insurance and financial planning business for 20 years and received numerous awards. Charter member of the Worthington Railroad Museum. Survived by Helen, wife of 34 years; sons David (Susie) Lewis and Stuart (Jeanette) Lewis; daughter Kay (Robert) Lancia; 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; brothers Dick (Dorothy) Lewis of Pa. and John (Kitty) Lewis of Md. There will be a private family memorial service with interment at Walnut Grove Cemetery. Arrangements by Rutherford-Corbin Chapel, 515 High St. Worthington, Oh. In lieu of flowers, friends may make contributions in memory of Bill to the Central Ohio Breathing Association, 1520 Old Henderson Road, Columbus, Oh. 43220. Preceded in death by parents William V. Lewis Sr. and Viola (Nichols) Lewis.
