NOBLE Larry G. Noble, age 70, of Dublin, passed away Thursday, September 28, 2006 at Riverside Hospital surrounded by his beloved family. A graduate of The Ohio State University, Larry was a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity and later served on the Sigma Chi Executive Board. In 1962, he began a 44 year career with the T. Marzetti Company where he served as President from 1974-2003. He also served as Vice-President of Lancaster Colony Corporation. Larry served as Director, Vice-President and Board Chairman of the Association of Dressings and Sauces. He was a career member of the Columbus Manufacturers Association, the Columbus Sales Executive Club and the Ohio Manufacturers Association. Larry served as President of the Central Ohio Breathing Association, was Chairperson of the Law Enforcement Foundation and Association Chairperson of the Ohio State Center for Excellence in Manufacturing Management. He was preceded in death by his parents Carl and Gladys Noble, wife Elaine K. Noble and sister Patty Kilpatrick. Larry is survived by his wife, Sandra Noble; children, Steve and Jan Noble of Dublin, Jeff Noble of Worthington, Kathy and Terry Mathews of Dublin; grandchildren, Lauren and Ashley Noble, Alec and Colin Noble, Erin and Brian Anderson, and Tyler Mathews; step-daughter, Cathy and Dan Ruder and their daughter, Elizabeth of Tacoma, Wash.; step-son, John Lloyd of Columbus; brother-in-law, Jack Kilpatrick of Sarasota, Fla.; nephew, Jeff Kilpatrick of Toronto, Canada; brother-in-law, Tom and Molly Kellett of Dublin; nephews, Evan and Eric Kellett; sister-in-law, Judi and Barry Boyles of Dublin; nephews, Brian, Chad, and Brett Boyles; step-mother, Leta Noble of Dayton; and step-sister, Janet and Richard Aring of Dayton; and many good friends. Larry was a member of Brookside Country Club since 1976. An avid Buckeye, he was a member of The Ohio State University Alumni Association. Family will receive friends from 2-6 p.m. Sunday at RUTHERFORD FUNERAL HOME AT POWELL, 450 West Olentangy St., Powell, Oh. 43065, (614) 792-1471. Rite of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Monday, October 2, 2006 at St. Brigid of Kildare Church, 7179 Avery Rd., Dublin, Oh. with Deacon Frank Iannarino, Celebrant. Burial will follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery, Worthington.
