Earl J. Mickle, age 74, of Worthington, Thursday, April 11, 1985, Riverside Methodist Hospital. He was Professor Emeritus of the Mathematics Dept. of Ohio State University. Survived by wife, Donna Mickle, Worthington; daughter, Ann Mickle, of Philadelphia; son and daughter-in-law, James and Karen Mickle, Austin, Texas; nieces and nephews. Member of North Broadway United Methodist Church, The American Mathematical Society and Mathematical Assn. Of America. Funeral service 1 p.m. Monday, April 15, Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home, 515 High Street, Worthington. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday. Dr. Charles Kirsch officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the Ohio State University Development Fund.
