Lowden of Santiago Dominican Republic, Mrs. Carl Galupo, 704 highland Dr., Mary Lowden, 2094 Neil Ave., Ruther Lowden, Marietta, Ohio; 9 grandchildren also survive. Member of Maple Grove United Methodist Church. Retired Guard Lt. Of Timkin Roller Bearing Co. Owner of Lowden Grocery Store, High St., and Westwood from 1925-1945. Friends may call at the Weir-Arend Funeral Home, 4221 N. High Street, Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where service will be held Friday 1 p.m. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery.
