Retired Practical Nurse, Harding Hospital.Survived by wife Rosamond; son Russell (Dorothy) Lewis, Marshfield, Wis.; daughter Lois Lewis, Worthington, Oh., daughter Audrey (Dale) Glass, Mr. Vernon, Oh.; grandchildren, Dennis Lewis, Audrey Stear, Connie Myers, Thomas Glass, Betsy Youngberg, & Benjamin Glass; 6 great-grandchildren; sister Helen McCutcheon, Florence, Wis. Member Of Worthington Seventh Day Adventist Church. Funeral services 4 p.m., Sunday, December 31, 1989 at Rutherford-Corbin Chapel 515 High Street Worthington, where family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until service time on Sunday. Rev. Stephen Chinn officiating.
