Robert C. Cupp, age 78, of Worthington, Tuesday, September 13, 1994 at VA Medical Center, Chillicothe. Born September 15, 1915 in Lima, Oh. Retired as Business Manager of the Ohio Historical Society in 1979 after 31 years. Highly decorated retired Lt. Col., USAF, Veteran of WWII and German Occupation. Received BS in Business Administration, OSU, 1940 and Assoc. Pan-American School of Aerial Navigation, Coral Gables, Fla., 1943. Charter member of Air Force Association. Member of Reserve Officers Association, Retired Officers Association, Air Force Museum Foundation and Disables American Veterans. Elder of Worthington Presbyterian Church. Honorary life member of the Ohio Historical Society. Member Worthington Historical Society and OSU Alumni Association. Former Military Retiree Counselor at Rickenbacker ANGB and volunteer tax counselor for the elderly. Survived by wife, Annie; sons, Donn Christian (Sandra) and Dean Allen Cupp; brother, Gene Cupp, Findlay; sister, Mary Mae (Lisle) Campbell, Lima; many nephews, nieces and cousins. Funeral service 11 a.m. Friday September 16, 1994 at Worthington Presbyterian Church, 773 High St., Worthington. Rev. James R. Neumann officiating. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Military honors provided by Leasure Blackston Post #239 American Legion. Friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home, 515 High St., Worthington.
