William F. Owens, age 46, of 779 Oxford Street, Worthington. Died Tuesday in Grant Hospital. Vice President of City National Bank. Survived by wife, Clara D.; sons, William W. Owens; daughter, Jane E. Owens all at home; father, William E. Owens; brother, Dan E. Owens, both of Worthington. Member of Worthington United Presbyterian Church, The Athletic Club of Columbus, Downtown Kiwanis Club, York Temple Country Club, Beta Theta Pi Fraternity. Former member of the Municipal Development Commission of Worthington and the United Appeals Cabinet. Graduate of Miami University and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers University. Service 10 a.m. Friday Worthington United Presbyterian Church, Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Friends will be received 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the Rutherford-Corbin Chapel, 515 High Street, Worthington. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to the American Heart Association, Children's' Hospital of the charity of your choice.
