Wilhelmina (Wilma) Waggoner, born February 6, 1915, Portsmouth, Ohio. Daughter of Fred & Mary Phillips, South Portsmouth, KY and Columbus, Ohio passed away on February 20, 2003. Wilma was a charter member of Calanthe Temple, Pythian Sisters of Ohio. Preceded in death by husband, Delbert Waggoner. Sister, Phyllis Parsons. Brothers, Howard & Clinton Phillips. Survived by son, Dilbert (Mary Lou) Waggoner; sister, Dorothy Phillips; brother, Harold Phillips; sister-in-law, Eileen Phillips all of Centerburg, Ohio; 2 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Moreland Funeral Home, 55 E. Schrock Road, Westerville, Sunday 2-4 p.m. where service will be held 10:00 a.m. Monday. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery.
