Guy K. Melvin, age 77, of Worthington, Tuesday August 16, 1994, Riverside Methodist Hospital. Retired from the General Motors Corp. after 30 years service. Preceded in death by his wives Dorothy and Joanne and brother Louis Melvin. Survived by sons, Dr. Guy G. Melvin of Westerville and David L. Melvin of Columbus; daughters, Joyce A. Osborn and Sandra Melvin, both of Columbus; 11 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; half-sister, Joanne Zuercher of Colorado Springs, CO; nieces and nephews. Member of the Liberty Presbyterian Church, 7080 Olentangy River Rd., where funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Friday August 19, 1994 with Dr. David Redding officiating. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home, 515 High Street, Worthington, Thursday from 7-9 p.m. For those who wish, memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society in memory of Guy K. and Dorothy M.
