AISEL George Aisel, age 93, of Columbus, died peacefully Friday, November 9, 2012 at Mt. Carmel/St. Ann's Hospital. Retired heavy equipment operator for The Olen Corporation. Served his country honorably in World War II with the 11th Armored Division. Preceded in death by his wife of 70 years Theresa Aisel, sons Charles, Harry and Mark. Survived by daughter, Linda (Walter) McClary; sons, Robert, Ralph (Molly) and Karl (Pat) Aisel; daughters-in-law, Cindy and Sharon Aisel; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home, 515 High Street, Worthington. Graveside Funeral Service 11 a.m. Thursday at Walnut Grove Cemetery, 5561 Milton Avenue, Worthington, with military honors. Contributions may be made to the Central Ohio Diabetes Foundation or the Mt. Carmel/St. Ann's Hospital Palliative Care Unit in George's memory.
