Charles E. Haberling, Jr. passed away at his home on Sunday, December 30, 2018. He was born in Columbus on February 24, 1929 to the late Charles E. and Edith Smith Haberling, Sr.
He retired from Clark Grave Vault after 20 years of dedicated service, and was a lifetime member of Oakland Park Conservation. He is survived by his son, Wayne A. Haberling; daughters Nancy Haberling and Yvonne Davis; grandchildren Chris (Sarah) Haberling and Joyce Davis; great-grandchildren Caden and Israel Haberling; and special cousin Lorelai McChung.
He is preceded in death by his wife Lawania Haberling; sisters Melba Borden and Elizabeth Russell; son-in-law Charles Davis.

His family will receive friends from 4:00 – 7:00pm, Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at SCHOEDINGER NORTH CHAPEL, 5554 Karl Road in Columbus, where his Funeral Service will be held at 11:00am, Thursday, January 3, 2019. Interment will follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Worthington.
