Mary Elizabeth Jones, age 74, of Worthington, Ohio went home to be with our Lord and Savior on Wednesday June 21, 2017. Mary Beth was born in Wheeling, West Virginia, the daughter of John Mansell and Sara Elizabeth Theaker, and raised on the Theaker Family Farm in Farmington, Ohio. She is a graduate of the 1963 class at Ohio Valley General Hospital School of Nursing. She enjoyed helping people and worked in multiple nursing positions throughout her career, until retiring in 2013. Mary Beth was an active and longtime member of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church serving as Elder and many additional roles. Her deep faith shined thru as she enjoyed serving and loving others unconditionally. She was passionate about her family, cooking, gardening, traveling, and socializing with her many friends. She was a member of Twig #5, Worthington Women’s Club, and the Northview Buckeye Garden Club. Mary Beth was steward of family heritage and traditions, and proud to have collaborated on a couple of books about Colerain, Ohio. She is survived by her children; Mary Beth is survived by son, Jeffrey Todd Jones, wife, Wendy and children, Samuel, Sara, and Jacob, daughter, Bethany Lynn Everson, Husband, Jim, and children, Cameron, James, Jillian, and Christian, daughter, Susan Elizabeth Reece, Husband, Scott, and children, Madison, Sydney, and Elizabeth. She is also survived by her brother Richard Theaker. Her smile, laughter, love and friendship will be forever missed by all that knew her. Memorial services will be held at 11 AM on Friday, June 30th at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, 1450 E. Dublin-Granville Rd., Columbus, Ohio.
