Sidney Brown (b. 1805, d. 1881) was a cooper and also owned and operated a grocery in Worthington north of his residence at 12 E. Stafford St. known as the Buttles-Pinney-Brown House. He married Anna Hart Brown in 1828. Sidney Brown is buried at Walnut Grove Cemetery.
