ZIMMERMAN Paul E. Zimmerman, age 87, of Columbus, died Sunday, September 4, 2005 at Wesley Glen Health Care Center. Retired after 35 years of service from General Motors. Veteran U.S. Navy, WW II. Preceded in death by his wife, Jennie Mae; daughter, Amy Lou Zimmerman Burton and mother-in-law, Emma Ellen Jones. Survived by his loving family: granddaughter, Cynthia Blackburn and great-grandson, Jeffrey, both of Worthington; son-in-law, David (Linda) Burton of Westerville; and sisters-in-law, Annabel Warthman, Mabel Justus, and Joan Rempel. Member DAV, and Local 969. Funeral Service will be held 1:30 p.m. Friday, September 9, 2005 at RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, 515 High Street, Worthington, Ohio. Dr. Joel Baer officiating. Family will receive friends 6-9 p.m. Thursday. Burial Walnut Grove Cemetery.
