VAN GILDER Jean K. Van Gilder, age 82, of Worthington, died Sunday, November 25, 2001 at Laurels of Worthington Nursing Center. Born January 27, 1919 in Columbus to the late Rudolph and Imo Wirick King. Jean is also preceded in death by her granddaughter Corrie Van Gilder and brother Dr. Than King. She is survived by husband of 59 years, Jack C. Van Gilder; sons, Dr. Eric C. (Judith) Van Gilder of Marion, Oh. and John K. (Marilyn) Van Gilder of Powell; and 6 grandchildren. Jean was a member of Worthington Presbyterian Church where she was active in the Woodrow Guild for many years. She was also a member of University Chapter #462, OES. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 27, 2001 at RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, WORTHINGTON CHAPEL, 515 High St., Worthington, Oh. (614)885-4006. Dr. Philip M. Hazelton officiating. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery.
