THRALL (KEYS) Mildred E. Thrall, age 98, of Worthington, Friday, January 5, 2007, at her home. Retired after 42 years service as a banker for Huntington Bank. Preceded in death by parents Ila and Burdette Keys, husband Gilson R. Thrall, brother John Keys, WWII, and sister Elizabeth Sadosky. Survived by brother, Charles Keys of Worthington; nephew, Lenard Sadosky of Arlington, TX; nieces, Lorie (Jim) Dumont-Cormany, Linda Park, all of Worthington, and Lisa (Rick) McLain of Lewis Center; numerous great nieces and nephews. Mrs. Thrall was a 1926 graduate of Worthington High School, where she was very active in athletics, having been captain of the girls basketball and tennis teams and received other accolades in sports. She was honored during the 1976 Bicentennial WHS commencement as a 50 year graduate. Member of PEO. Long time members of Catawba Island Club (CIC), Mildred and Gilson were avid boaters and golfers. The family wishes to express their gratitude for the loving care given to Mildred by Lori, Faith, Amanda, Eve, Jane, Connie, Julie, and Lynda, and will remain forever indebted to David H. Prescott M.D. for his immeasurable support. Funeral service 5 p.m. Sunday, January 7, 2007 at RUTHERFORE-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, 515 High Street, Worthington, OH. Rev. Arthur Haimerl officiating. Family will receive friends 3-5 p.m. prior to service. Graveside service 11 a.m. Monday at Walnut Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to TWHS Athletic Association, 300 West Dublin-Granville Rd., Worthington, OH 43085, in her memory.
