Preceded in death by husband, Godfrey E. Strauss. Survived by son and daughter-in-law, Arthur E. and Cynthya (Stevens) Strauss, daughter and son-n-law, Marguerite and George (Strauss)Deckard, all of Columbus; 7 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 1 nieces. Member of St. Mary's Mother Club, St. Hilda's Guild, Clintonville Women's Club, League of Women Voters and UNICEF. Secretary A.E.F. in France during WWI. Organizer of British War Relief in Columbus, Oh. Enlisted in the Women's Army Corps. In WWII. Member of St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, 30 W. Woodruff Ave., where funeral service will be 11 a.m. O. McCoy officiating. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Family will receive friends 10 a.m. until service time in the Church Lounge.
