Don S. Stevens, age 57, of 5420 Olentangy Blvd., Tuesday, Riverside Methodist Hospital. Employee of Ohio Bell Telephone. Survived by wife, Kathryn; son and daughter-in-law, Don and Peggy Stevens. Grandview; brother, Lenn J. Stevens, Portland, Oregon. Member Ohio Bell Pioneer Club. Veteran of World War II. Funeral services 11:30 a.m. Thursday at the RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL CHAPEL, 515 High St., Worthington. Rev. David Ullery officiating. Burial Walnut Grove Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday. Contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
