Preceded in death by father, Lester Sprowls and sisters, Romaine Logue and Maxine Ely. Survived by wife, Doris L., Columbus; mother, Mrs. Grace F. Sprowls; brother, George F. Sprowls, both of Claysville, Penn.; several nieces and nephews. Veteran of WWII and Korean conflict. Member of American Legion Claysville Post and Retired Officers Association. Service 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, RUTHERFORD-CORBIN CHAPEL, 515 High St., Worthington, Rev. J.R. Wynd officiating. Burial Walnut Grove Cemetery. Friends received at the funeral home 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday. Contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
