SPENCER Dorothy B. Spencer, 90, passed away Saturday, March 31, 2012. Dorothy was born in Columbus, OH on October 9, 1921, to Issac A. and Adolia (Confare) Greshel and is preceded in death by her parents, husband Harleth "Hank" Spencer, daughter Carol Spencer, brothers Arthur and Altman Greshel. Survivors include her sons, Jack (Debra) Spencer, Jon (Donna) Spencer, Jim (Vera) Spencer; grandchildren, Lori (Trent) Storch, Brett (Kimberly) Spencer, Eric (Ashleigh) Spencer, Carol Spencer, Michael Spencer, Erin (Aaron) Shumaker, Dr. John (Abby) S. Gilbert, Adam Gilbert, Ryan (Melissa) Carroll, Ashley Carroll and Brittany Rubelowski; great-grandchildren, Sienna, Taylor, Sophia, Brayden, Nickalus, Stetson, Azalea, Tyler, Travis, Austin; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 4, 2012, 5-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH with the Funeral Service on Thursday, April 5, 2012, 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery, Worthington, OH.
