Virginia Reed Silcott, age 87, of Worthington, Sunday, January 23, 1983, Grant Hospital. Survived by husband , Gordon; son and daughter-in-law, George Sr. and Gerry; grandchildren, Sue and Rick Bryant, Cheryl Silcott, George Jr. and Molly Silcott, Mindy Silcott; great-grandchildren, Adam, Lisa and Stephanie Bryant. Member of Worthington United Presbyterian Church, Woodrow Guild, Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority, Worthington Women's Club, Worthington Historical Society, D.A.R. Funeral service 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, January 26, RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, 515 High St, Worthington. Rev. Lorrin Kreider officiating. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home 7-9 p.m. Monday and Tuesday.
