Veteran Korean War U.S. Navy.Retired from the Celanese Corp. and had also worked for ABB & GE. He was a graduate of Brown University receiving his AB Degree and a graduate of The Ohio State University where he received his MBA degree and was an Eagle Scout. Also a member of the Worthington United Methodist Church, and the Buckeye Golden "K" Kiwanis Club. Former member of Blazing Star Lodge #30 F&AM in Maine, and he was and active community volunteer. Preceded in death by parents Edith & Percy Sarle of Rumford, Maine. Survived by wife Ruth fo Worthington, Oh. Dr. Perry W. (Jean Kelly) Sarle of Galena, Oh. son Ned Sarleof Kettering, Oh.; brothers Richard (Marian) Sarle, Auburn, Maine, and Rodney Sarle, Brunswick, Maine. a memorial service will be held 3 pm. Saturday June1, 1996 at Worthington United Methodist Church, Worthington, Oh. with Rev. Lowell Scheufler officiating. Friends may call at the church trirty minutes prior to the service, and immediately following in the Dixon Lounge.
