Charles "Rob" B. Robinson, Jr., 51, died peacefully in his home September 21, 2008 due to complications from diabetes. Graduate of Worthington High School in 1974. Local painter and owner of CBR Decorating until his health prevented from continuing his work. Volunteered at Focue Health Care and Alcoholics Anonymous, where he was able to give others a better life because of his past struggles. Rob's dedication and service to these organizations and the care of his mother was done so unselfishly. Enjoyed music, cooking for crowds, Native American culture and watching the Cleveland Browns. Preceded in death by his father Charles Robinson, former past of Worthington Presbyterian Church. Survived by his mother, Virginia Robinson; sister, Marilyn (Tony); nieces, Colleen and Corrine of Eugene, Oregon; and cousins, Joel, Kim Jean and their families. A memorial service will be 5 p.m. on Thursday, September 25, 2008, at WorthingtonPresbyterian Church, 773 High Street, Worthington. Arrangements by Rutherford Corbin Funeral Home, 614-885-4006.
