Pickett Dorothy "Dottie" Pickett, went to be with her Lord on Saturday, June 1, 2013. The last of 11 children of Arnold and Grace Chapin. Dottie was preceded in death by her husband Bernard Pickett Sr. daughter Patty Cirone. Dottie resided the last eight years at Sunrise of Worthington and we appreciate the staff and their excellent care through the years. Dottie was proud that she was one of the original "Rosie the Riveter" and worked at "Curtis Wright" during WWII. She also worked at Armstrong Furnace and retired from Accuray. After retirement, Dottie enjoyed her dancing with The Jimmy Rawlins Studio, with special thanks to Mary Rawlins and Roy Jaynes for their faithfulness during moms last eight years. Mom also loved her beloved "Gingersnaps" dancing group. She was a member for many years at First Church of the Nazarene and also an original member of 8 & 10 ladies club. Dottie is survived by her loving children, Al (Debbie) Cuckler, Sandi Pickett (Mark) Pickett, Bernard (Vickie) Pickett, Becky (Ronald) Rausch; 12 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren.
