Audrey Petry, age 57 of Upper Arlington, died Sunday May 3, 1998 at Northland Terrace Medical Center. Retired from State Auto Insurance Col after 36 years of service. Preceded in death by father Vernon F. Petry, Sr. Survived by mother Faye Petry of Worthington; brother Vernon Floyd (Fredia) Petry of Galena; nephews, Mark (Karen) Petry of Worthington, Greg (Lori) Petry of Powell; grand-nephews, Steven Hicks, Garrett, David, Michael and Will Petry; and grand-niece, Bailey Petry; life-long friend, Leeann Faust of Columbus; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. 45 year member of North United Methodist Church. Graduate of North High School (Class of '58); member of North Hi Women's Alumnae Association and Polar Bear Alumni Association. Family will receive friends from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Rutherford-Corbin Chapel, 515 High St. Worthingon, where funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday May 6, 1998, with Rev. Carol Sainey, officiating. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. If they choose, friends may make memorial contributions to North United Methodist Church, 42 East Tompkins St., Columbus, Oh. 43202 or to ALS Association, Western Ohio Chapter, 7957 Olentangy River Road, Worthington, Oh. 43085, in Audrey's memory.
