Survived by wife, Ann; children, Vickie Neff, Kathy Neff, both of St. Petersburg, FL, Debbie (Jeff) Poli of Cleves, OH, Sandra (Dan) Hosler of Rockester Hills, MI, Mark (Debbie) Neff of Pickerington, OH, Jay (Emmira) Neff, Edward (Teresa) Nikodem of New Albany, OH and Robin (Stephanie) Nikodem of N. Canton, OH; 15 grandchildren; brother, John (Anita) Neff; sister, Linda (Ronnie) Potwin; many nieces and nephews; mother-in-law, Mildred Cheeseman; brother-in-law, Jerry Cheeseman; and his beloved pets, Skippy and Tyler.
