Verda Mae Mustard, age 96, formerly of Senior Citizens, Second and Summit, Thursday, Mt. Carmel East Hospital. Preceded in death by husband, W. H. Mustard. Survived by daughters, Mrs. R. W. (Marian K.) Smith, Gahanna, Mrs. Elmer (Hope) Chenault, Reynoldsburg, Mrs. Jerry (June) Smith, DeGraff, Ohio; 4 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; several nieces. Member of Maynard Avenue United Methodist Church, Glen Echo Child Welfare Club, Kappa Phi Mothers Club, University Mothers Club Group J, OES Chapter 88 Lena, Ohio. Funeral service 10 a.m. Saturday Rutherford Chapel, 2383 North High Street. Rev. Evan Jones officiating Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday.
