Carol Sue Mondrach, 40 of Columbus, formerly of Sylvania, OH, Sunday, December 6, 1998 at home with family. Predeceased by father, Orville E. Milhoan. Survived by sons, Dustin and Darin Mondrach; mother, Clara Milhoan; brother, Gene R. Milhoan (Karen) and her very dear friend and loved one David L. Martin. Past member Worthington UMC, member Sylvania UMC and New Albany Christian Church, 1967 graduate Worthington High School, attended OSU, legal secretary, and triathlete. Friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 pm Friday, Dec. 11 at the Rutherford-Corbin Chapel, 515 High St. Worthington. Memorial service for family and friends 10:00 Saturday, Dec. 12 at the New Albany Christian Church. Rev. Warren Hilderbrand officiating. Interment will follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
